I think that's what is so challenging often for people to even recognize what's happening because it happens so quickly. I mean, you know, I've been writing about this and thinking about this for a long time. And I still notice this kind of spontaneous reaction that I have often in a social situation or even if I'm kind of thinking about a situation. It can happen so quickly that if you're not really attuned to it or not really prepared to investigate it, it can go completely unnoticed.
