I'd Like to Leave Behind a Trust or Inheritance

When you choose to leave behind a trust or inheritance, you're amost making your child's decisions for them after your death. And i can see it my buddy, i don't think he'd be doing what he does for work if it wasn't the family business. It doesn't seem like at something that reallyont interests him. I would probably actually put those in a trust so that they could never be sold, that the family could always be fully paid off. The trust would have enough to pay all the property taxes, whatever, but they would be in the family forever.
