The Value of Life

Do we just value life for the fact that it's this really complex chemical process essentially in the evolutionary scientific story? Or do we value it for something more. Different philosophers I think are going to differ about if you adopt that view different philosophers are going to disagree or agree about what that is. And so there are a number of things then that would go into, which would be a set of does it are utter that we might want there to in order to say that life is worthwhile.
