The Energy Market in Europe
Last year was one of the most dramatic years when it comes to the energy situation. Europe went through a perfect storm that was mainly related, of course, to Russia invasion of Ukraine and weaponization of energy by Russia. But notwithstanding this perfect storm, Europe managed to go through these unprecedented time in a pretty good manner. LNG has represented the main channel for Europe to replace Russian gas. After the peak of the volatility we have seen in August, energy prices have started to decline.
