Inversion of what had been the standard urban structure in the US, where the poor lived in the inner city and the kind of wealthier lived out in the suburbs. That inversion is ongoing and it's incomplete in many places, but especially in cities that have seen a substantial amount of economic activity over the last several decades. These West Coast port cities became a particularly important in that regard. They've seen this inversion most strongly. And so you can see it kind of across the board in a lot of a lot of places.
