That inversion is ongoing and it's incomplete in many places, but especially in cities that have seen a substantial amount of economic activity over the last several decades. These West Coast port cities became a particularly important in that regard. They've seen this inversion most strongly. And so you can see it kind of across the board in a lot of a lot of places.
