Women's Colleges - The Pink Button Down
Wiffenpoofs are a Yale-Ocappella group. The snobs in the Ivy League love the khaki pants that the GI veterans wore. In 1949, Brooks Brothers introduced a pink button down shirt made for women. Vogue put it in its August 1949 issue, and women mobbed the store.
