The Secret of High Performance

As an athlete, i could not control what training plan was given to me by my coach. What i could design on my own was my own recovery plan. And there's ways. Sometimes recovery is doing very little, but sometimes recover is simply doing lots of something very different. I hit over training a couple of times where i just pushed too hard. So you're constantly looking for the small and at that when you're atthe training level for the olympics, you're looking for the marginal gains everywhere.
