The Importance of Sets Per Week

The data set that we've been describing really does talk to the intermediate category. And that's where the six sets per workout or 86 per week is probably the upper end of what's useful. Above that level, I think we're going to start to see too much fatigue to actually generate the adaptions that we want to generate and simply be cast fatigued.
