The habits that got you here are not going to get you not the same habits. You can't just keep getting sleep totally. Sleep becomes something that, instead of like your goal, now it's just a tool you utilize. Giving up control is something i struggle with, something i'm working on. But keeping your eye on the bigger picture which always gets bigger, and you just start to grapple with bigger and bigger meals.
