Vladimir Putin's Backstop in Ukraine's Security
I don't think Vladimir Putin enjoys being the little brother of Xi Jinping in that relationship. Our backstop would be if he renegs on that agreement, which by the way, Putin would have no reason to do if he's restored economic relations with the West. He should enjoy that state of affairs.
