I've Been in Avican Hot Sonas, and I Did Heat Up

Yi: It was just kind of a wild experience with this guy right in my face telling me all this really science sounding jargon about what this infered sonnet does. And yes, i did heat up, and it was pleasant. I did not sweat profusely. So i guess they were true to that claim. You know, they actually use loving light in those sonas.
