Smoke could be seen rising over a burning building block. At least 45 people were reported to have died. For the next several days there was a rescue operation. I wanted to go help or something with the supplies but when I got there later that night it felt like half of the city was there helping. There aren't any military targets here as far as I know. And I checked of course.
