What's the Difference Between a Price Cut and a Recut?
The deal was originally struck at 66 dollars per share, and the recut was down to 63, 75. So they take a cut, 66, 63 75, which, as you said, is on the smaller side of price cuts. But for something like this, it shows the balance of power, right? Because planed stock would aly be in this market.
