Everyone has a daily to do list that they post. We publish it as a personal block post with their daily to dos, so everyone can actually see what their to do the list is that day. That makes management really easy, because i can walk around a what everyone is up to without asking them. When you have multiple team members work on the same stuff, they can check in with each other without actually messaging each other,. and say, i see that this is already on this person's to do lis. I know i don't have to touch it that day. It's all in there. So again, centralizing everything as much as possible makes retrieve like is at so easier
