The Bill Would Allow for Tenure Review Without Cause
The bill at least HP 99 has two sections dealing with tenure. The first one says with cause that it could be initiated. The second one does not. I've spoken to the bill sponsor. He tells me that he thinks that that was an error and he's willing to revisit that particular aspect of the bill, but we haven't seen an amendment to clean up yet.
