Milwaukee Bucks have two years to rebuild a championship contender around. It's not Phoenix as you argued is a good place for professional athletes. I'm not sure that players feel the same about Milwaukee, but playing with the honest seems attractive. The obvious low hanging fruit one to me is lillard.
