The Effects of Methylene Blue on Septic Shock
The patients in this study received methylene blue daily for three days. This is the first regimen I've seen with scheduled daily doses of methylene blue. The authors argue yes, and their argument is a longer inhibition of nitric oxide. That three days of therapy versus one day contributed to these positive results.
