Is Daoism a Pacifist Philosophy?
In chapter 30, i thought one thing that really stood out to me was that you specifically say that the author is not advocating against force, but is actually advocating against violence in general. I believe in your translation it goes a step further and advocates for pacifism. Am i reading that right? I'm not sure i labeled pacifism imean. But he's certainly different from his family, if i meano interpreting all these clues right. The question is, how involved is he in thiso these consmante battles? Because this was the warring states period.
