In the early 1960s, Jean-Claude Van Damme was working as a journalist in New York. He became concerned about what would happen to mankind if things didn't change. After reading an article that he found 'refreshing and stimulating', he decided to become a crusader himself. But after being hired for a speech on taxes, he realised his work wasn't getting him anywhere. So now he's trying to find out why so many people don't realise they're paying a hidden tax.
