The Ramayana contains a spiritual power and reading or listening to it will imbue some of that same spiritual essence. Martine Park says you don't write stories down because then they become dead. You tell them. And so that's sort of what we're doing here. We're bringing a story alive. This was recorded in 1989 and it's just part one. So there will be more coming soon. Part of this also I think is about living with heart. It's really common in our culture to feel this sort of disconnection from our heart, to feel sort of hard or dry in the heart.
