How to Tell a Guest to Cancel Their Stay
A lot of times the guest is going to reach out and see basically what you can do for them. Do not ever, ever be the one to cancel it as the host. Remember that if you cancel just one time in a calendar year on a guest, you will be ineligible from becoming a super host for an entire year. Scrap the Tupperware. Your cleaner will thank you.
