There is a sense, i think, that ucranian refugees in eastern europe are going to be seen by people as these are our own. My understanding is about a hundred, 50 thousand people last time i checked. And if the russians escalate and start using serious style tactics in ukraine, certainly a people will need to leave just for survival.
