CHAPTER

The Atom Habit, James Clear's Atomic Habit, Very Story Heavy

From David Goggins to the Iliad and Odyssey, there is an argument from a classic called have lock mispronounced. It says that if you look at all these stories that were once oral stories that were passed down from story to story by voice and memory, you go through them. And what you find is they're remarkably heavy on concrete phrases. They're very light on abstractions. So when you tell me a story, I don't repeat it to my mate exactly the same.
