Once you have this clarity of purpose, which is your North Star, let's say assume we use the North Star framework. The next step that you mentioned is actually to obsess over time to value. I think it's important to understand what do we mean by value? Can we clarify that? Is it minutes listened to music or what is that? And then how are we meeting that need? If you have a modern cloud or you're in the cloud, you should be deploying very frequently. It shouldn't be every six months. You should be able to get features in the hands of customers quite quickly.
