Sylvia Hernandez-Beltgen asked her boyfriend to take her to Swansea, New York. The town is a couple hours north of New York City and was empty when they arrived. She told him she had seen a cop car in the parking lot at an easy stop on the highway. He took her back home but no one would believe what she'd said.
