Is There a Team in Volleyball?

I haven't played much volleyball in my life. I have actually barely played any because it's just not such a popular sport in the UK. In volleyball proper, you've got six people per team, and that's the one that I like more. There needs to be an understanding that basically everyone is responsible for everything all of the time. The amount of team work in volleyball is the biggest amount of teamwork I've ever seen. That's one of the reasons I really like the game - maybe even my top reason for liking it.
