Value investor Jeremy grantham has been in the markets for 50 years. People think of him as a perma bear, but to be honest, the reputation is a little unfair. He's called bear markets before, in japan in the 19 eighties, in tex stocks in the late 19 nineties, early two thousands and in the housing market heading into the financial crisis. Back on march ninth of two thousand nine he said it was time to get back into the market. But now, as you said, he is calling this a super bubble, only the fourth in 100 years, and he is predicting one epoc crash.
