I think the real values that kind of inform the work that we do day to day are harder to articulate, i think. I think it depends where the pressure's coming from for those values to be eh enacted. It may be that there is an u c o that comes in and says, a k, well, i can tell that our organization, based on research and feedback, is quite a toxic environment for people. People feel afraid to speak up, in which case the change has to come from the top.
