In a post-marital agreement, there is a requirement of consideration. If Carol was giving up half the marital estate, which could be $5 billion, she would have to get something in exchange for that. There's got to be a full disclosure to both people signing the agreement. She claims that he didn't disclose the extent of their marital assets.
