In australia we have a debate going on, a very polarized debate. And one can't help feeling that in many this lack of understanding and breadth of a commitment to your fellow citizens is not being tackled by our schools. I really want the the if you try and suggest them we should go back to selection, i no, we need to keep yusitin system which is based on wealth. It's completely baffling political but it's very particular to britan education.
