The Importance of Breathing Excursions

Think of breathing excursion and breathing mechanics, like stretching. I think this may be the single most important stretch that you're not doing. The first thing I'm going to do every time I sit is just check my breathing. If we don't use our diaphragm, we lose it ultimately. We start because we're sitting in a chair our hips aren't at 90 degrees. So if you want to improve your spinal strength, your paraspinal musculature, and even your ability to use your diaphragM, one stops launching to start sitting on the floor.
