The reason to sell when the price moves back up to its intrinsic value is that it's not going to have the kind of bump that you just got right, right? Even if he gets it perfect. In market can over price stuff a well, because it can under price stuff. But there's something in here i want you to see. buffet is going to liquidate a fairly significant percentage of his portfolio. And that might be a fairlysignificant percentage of that company. If he's selling when the market has already piqued and flattened out, it's going to be harder for him to sell without knocking the price down.
