Kale: I think we saw during the pandemic that employers were acknowledging that they had a role in helping their employees feel more secure. Is this going to be something that employers have a role in creating a conversation at least, and driving toward solutions with their employees? Kale: If businesses aren't taking that lens into account about what employees are expecting their company to do from a climare perspective, there are a lot of other places that they could go work and that are doing a lot better.
