Making Others Visionaries

Founders and professional cos are so different, because the founders of companies have a vision. They see something, they see an unment need, but they don't know how to turn i into a business. And then some investors say, all you can make big business out of this, but gees thieve jobs. We should be aware of what kind of a food we haves, food enough to reach that destination. It's not about ambitious, oh, i'm d but this guy is just a seaho, or vice versa. It's nothing about this. It's about how we could achieve something together, make other visionaries.
