Consistency is super important in B2C and it's even more important in B 2B. You want to make sure everything you do through the more public world is consistent with that. So, something like social selling is a broader term, but something like employee advocacy is a way of making it easy for the content and messages that go via your employees to be consistent with what marketing share.
