Blockchain and the Decentralized Enforcement of the Rules

There are some theoretical explanations for why things might not change as much anymore. Instead of trying to centralize the actual platform that's it's sort of administration the operation or what I call the enforcement of the rules. And this is in fact exactly what we did in Europe.
