Computations Get More Effective if You Do It at Lower Temperature

The temperature of the universe is going to go down exponentially until about 1.5 trillion years in the future where it levels off because of hard to quickly explain reasons. That means that it might be as if you had done most of the cool stuff you might want to do in the material world. Another possibility might be that we care about communication. We might want to have a society that is interacting. Different parts need to be sending signals to each other which means it cannot allow parts to drift apart with the expansion of the universe. It actually needs to expand only so far it can keep things together.
