When do you have motivation? Just before dead ligts. So let's see if we can create some artificial ones. We want to restrict on the negative side, these things that would really are not giving us any value or helping us move forward with our goals. You don't get that temporal discating work for you. The idea here is to make at really good sharp some people call them line of cycles. This is habit stacking, right? And it goes by. Everyone has their own branding for it, because, you know, we like everything that's a little that sounds new.
