A Mentor Needs to Be Someone Who's Not Already a Friend

Paul: A good mentor can boil down a lesson to you in a sentence or two, something that just opens your eyes. One of my mentors said to me, it was a writer and she's 25 years older than me probably. And so she has that perspective. But and that's why, Sharita, I think that based on what Len and Paul talking about, mentor needs to be somebody who's not probably not your buddy, right? Somebody who's not already a friend because, you know, it'd be hard for a friend of Paul let's to deliver that type of a of a lesson or the person that gave it to me. Yes.
