How Ryanair Changed Their Culture
Good digital transformations need great technology, but it also needs changes to the ways of working. As I said before, the Ryanair culture actually is Agile. It's how they think it's how they interact. Like a startup that's 30 years old - full of enthusiasm and always new roots. And once you can do that, you can roll forwards. You can roll back people invest and they're willing to give it a go.
