Some people think you just got to grind. I think it's more likely that you'll succeed if you are inclined to grind because you enjoy it. The one thing that i'm most good at, i would say is construction, building houses and solving problems in the physical world. And my son is drawn to do stuff on the computer, like music making and video, three d animation of stuff. He does that for eight hours a day, like for no reason.
