The Future of Social Media

In the early days, I followed a bunch of my friends. If I posted a photo to Instagram, I was pretty sure they would see it. Today, if I post a story to Instagram, like I'm competing with Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner and all these people in my friends' feeds, it's very likely that I'm going to lose out. And so that social media space, I think it's impossible to compete in that space at scale without relying on algorithms.
