Is There a Challenging Cycle in the Early Market?
In the early market, there's a lot of forgiveness because they know it's early days. By the time you get to conservatives who are basically not conservatives have never really made their piece with technology. The more invisible it is, the better. So all every bug that shows up in your product is like, well, you just slowed my business down. I mean, at some point, I get pretty cranky about it. But if you respond to a bug in a quick and responsive way, you actually increase customer satisfaction over where it was before the bug was even seen.
