We're still working on it. This is was more of a thought piece than something we implement today. It's something we would like to implement in the future. We just missed one of the great buying opportunities and merging market value, so we'll wait for the next one. But i think the idea is basically what you want to do. And then with debt, you want to buy sort of the us. D or uro denominated, the foreign currency debt, not the local currency debt of the government. Although i think there's some interesting potential for the sort of quasi governmental, you know, infrastructure debt or other things like that.
