The Benefits of Nasal Breathing

The guiding principle would be if you exhale for longer than you inhale what that does is that slows the heart rate down. By lengthening your exhale to be slightly longer if even up to double the length of your inhale and both if you can through your nose and in out there's lots of benefits to it being nasal as well. So practically that might look like what Rory on a start line taking a few deep breaths or i would do it before the start line I think it's something we want with us anywhere we go in life but it's finding what works for you.
