The Nature of Suffering

I was witness to my friend who died on the peloton his wife um I was witness to her just having a total grief meltdown over his loss because they were so close and loved each other so much. If you hold on if you hold on to that grief then it turns cancerous in so many ways but here's another aspect of suffering like think about this there's different levels right? We have to have such great compassion for ourselves and those around us for the nature of suffering itself.
