Is Imposter Syndrome a Growth Mindset?

I want to try to reframe imposter syndrome as a growth mindset. Never hopefully in your career, are you going to start out and end doing the same exact thing that you started out with? I don't know if there's any career where you don't learn along the way. And when you're learning something, that means that you don't know how to do it yet. So can we use these feelings of, of fear and uncertainty to instead of saying things like, I can't do this. Right? Can we instead say, I am learning to grow?"
