The Importance of Perm Chemistry
A lot of the magic and great results comes from the practitioner, not necessarily the products because every one of these brands has access to the same chemistry. They haven't created new chemistry to do this. It's good old fashioned perm chemistry. The reaction is the same. You're reducing the bonds and the hair and then you're rebuilding them through an oxidation step called neutralization that physically holds the eyebrows into a new shape.
