How to Create a Balanced Life

The first step is getting a clear picture of what you want and who you are. Then from there, the process focuses on dreaming big so I know you talk about envisioning. And then one other activity that I do in my coaching that has a lot to do with mindfulness is over the course of like a five week period of time. My clients will track their days and they'll write down the activities that they do during the day; rank them on a scale of one to five how energized was I by this particular thing. That can also tell you a lot about what you really enjoy doing and the things that you might want to start to minimize and eliminate immediately.
