Is There a Good Potential Close?

Everyone does their funnels on probability. Most of those probabilities are based on sale stage, right? So the stale stage is if we've had two meetings with them and they've got a proposal, they're 65 or 70% likely to close. If they ge to pricing negotiation, they're 90%. And if they're here, it's its probabilities, right? An, ever, o want's to make it a niceeat math question. I'd like you to step back from that, though, and do a different sort of analysis as a sales person. It's what i call a stop light analysis here. And it's red, yellow, green.
